In 2017, Surety Solutions was created by a team of Surety Claims and Recovery experts. Our team has over 75 years of combined experience invested in management and executive-level positions serving the surety industry for decades. In that service, we have developed and implemented resource and management tools for surety bond pre-qualification, data verification, commercial surety claims management, loss recovery, skip-tracing, property locate and verification. Surety Solutions has designed and developed VIPER Report - Verify ▪ Identify ▪ Pursue - to serve all industries needing skip trace, asset & bank account searches, data verification and related online and customized research tools.

Vice President | Claims Division
Susan leads a team of professionals including claims adjusters and support personnel. Her team supports our clients in the processing of California Contractor Surety Bond claims. Susan personally conducts Claims Management training and ensures that all claims personnel are updated and knowledgeable of applicable statutes. Focusing on employee and client support, Susan’s commitment is to guarantee the highest level of customer service to all our clients. Surety Solutions is proud to have a true leader of over 20 years of claims and management experience that Susan provides. Susan’s strong work ethic has provided many successful endeavors both inside and outside the surety world. Susan enjoys playing darts with her family, playing co-ed softball, and making YouTube videos.
